Responsibilities:

• Customer relationship management with clients, especially with key clients
• Technical and commercial proposal preparation in response to call for tenders
• Onsite consultancies for construction projects
• Contract negotiation and project management
• Supervision of facility installation
• Collection of market intelligence and conduction of market study

Requirements:

• Business development skills
• Bachelor degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering (or related areas) would be viewed positively
• Knowledge and understanding of construction industry and project management desirable
• Familiarity with any relevant standards/codes used in Chinese construction would be an advantage
• Pleasing personality with good interpersonal and business negotiation skills
• IT skills, notably with PowerPoint presentation abilities
• Experience in the field of project management/execution and/or sales in building industry viewed positively
• Self-Motivated and able to work under pressure.

Salary and Benefits:

• 300-500K CNY/Year (higher range for exceptional candidates)
• Yearly bonus (typically around 50-100K CNY/ year).
