Job Responsibilities:
1. Welcome and farewell for hotel guests
2. VIP guest reception
a) VIP guest reservation
b) Lock the room in advance, conduct a room inspection in advance, prepare for gift placement, arrange airport pickup, and hotel welcome
3. Handle guest complaints
4. Cooperate with other operational departments in the hotel to ensure daily operations
5. Participate in the reception work for important events held by the hotel
6. Participate in the reception of important guests, including senior management of the hotel and property owners
7. Other important reception activities arranged on a temporary basis
Requirements:
1. Languages: Russian, English
2. Nationality: Countries in Europe, America, Russia, Belarus, etc.
3. Operate the hotel OPERA system
4. Common software applications for computers
5. Those who can speak Chinese are preferred
6. Gender: Female. Good image, clear language expression, and standard pronunciation
7. Age: 28-35 years old
8. Education: Bachelor's degree or above
9. Work Experience: Over 2 years of work experience in guest-facing departments of luxury hotels (such as the front desk department, food and beverage department, and restaurant)
Salary and benefits
1. Monthly salary: 7K-10K, to be determined by the hotel based on the candidate's qualifications
2. The hotel provides free dormitory accommodation (not mixed with domestic employees)
3. Provide free working meals
4. The working period is one year, and upon expiration, it can be extended based on work performance
5. The hotel is responsible for handling relevant work procedures and visa procedures, with the expenses paid by the hotel
