The teacher reports to the School Principal and Senior Teacher / Foreign Teacher Manager / Academic Supervisor
1．Give lessons to the highest professional standards of English language teaching;
2．Actively, professionally, and frequently communicate with clients (parents of students, or adult students) all relevant information regarding the performance and progress of the student;
3．Substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps on short notice, when requested.
4．Be willing to teach ALL ages and levels – if the teacher’s skill at teaching a certain age/level is weak, then the teacher will work to improve his/her teaching ability for that level;
5．Cooperate with the marketing team to prepare and lead scheduled enrichment activities for students.
6．Be responsible for students’ welfare and timely progress;
7．Cooperate with the School Principal, Senior Teacher, Foreign Teacher Manager, and other office staff to ensure constructive communication and efficient operation of the School;
8．Maintain student and class records in a timely and thorough manner;
9．Allow observation of classes by new colleagues, for training purposes;
10．Cooperate with the marketing and multimedia teams in the creation of promotional materials. This may include occasional video/photo recordings of classes and teacher interviews;
11．Develop and use suitable supplementary classroom materials as necessary for effective teaching;
12．Administer, correct, and record student assessments, and complete timely progress reports.
13．Teachers are expected to follow and implement all new innovations/changes within the company (downloading apps, filling out surveys, using new classroom techniques and technology, etc)
1) Complete lesson plans for all classes prior to the start of class. Lesson plans will be monitored for completion and quality. This is a core requirement at i2 – lesson plans must be completed even if it exceeds the required hours of non-teaching time.
2) Be on-site and ready to complete appropriate tasks as assigned by the School Principal or Senior Teacher/Foreign Teacher Manager.
3) Attend and participate in scheduled meetings, training, and/or workshops.
4) Complete all paperwork required when requested.
5) Assist in placement testing and interviewing of new students.
1．Regularly evaluate, and be proactive in improving, their own performance as a teaching professional.
2．Communicate regularly with management and colleagues in order to facilitate professional development. This includes allowing observation, accepting performance feedback, and striving to improve teaching performance.
3．Follow all other regulations stipulated in: Disciplinary Procedure, Working Hour policy, Leave Policy, etc.
1. Basic salary: 16,000+ RMB per month;
2. Bonus system
a. Contract completion bonus: 9,000 RMB;
b. Bonus for new teacher recommendation;
c. Overtime pay: 150 RMB per extra class taught,
d. Efficiency bonus: 1000-4000 per quarter depending on performance
e. Successful demo bonus: 1000RMB
f. Customer retention bonus:1000RMB
3. Allowance system
a. Housing allowance: 2,000 RMB per month;
b. Flight allowance: 6,000 RMB on the completion of contract;
c. Sign-in allowance：6,000 RMB paid in the first paycheck (Once only);

1. Native English speakers preferred;
2. Bachelor's or Master’s degree and majored in education preferred;
