Key Responsibilities:

Being responsible for the test preparation, processing the test orders coming from application/software team and validation team, including system test, active durability test and passive durability test

• Creating specifications and test specifications for complex test tasks, e.g. system test and ADT

• Establish and coordinate with all the technical tasks for test operation, e.g. fixture drawing preparation, test sample preparation both in mechanical and electrical, test bench coordination

• Documentation of test procedure and result by following the ZF internal test process and being prepared for internal/external audit

• Support the measurement data analysis.

• Other duties as related to this position.

Depending on the final job definition not all responsibilities have to be taken at the same time.

Requirements：

3 years or more working experience in planning, organizing and operation of automotive R&D test benches is necessary

• Knowledge and skill for test specification establishment based on test requirement is required

• Bachelor degree in major of Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related areas

• Good oral/written communication skills

• Familiar with 3D/2D drawing tool (e.g. Autocad, teamcenter visualization)

• Experience in automotive, transmission and powertrain technology and manual skills are required

• Good knowledge and understanding of test preparation, e.g. test specification setup, mechanical preparation(fixture, tooling), electrical preparation, (sensor, telemetry measurement)

• Ability to work independently, mature and resourceful
