Job Details:

Responsibilities:

  • Execute Ericsson strategy on standardization.
  • Coordinate with resources from other unit, such as R&D and Product lines, on standardization
  • Coordinate with other companies or organization for Ericsson interests.
  • Identify new business opportunity and standard or regulatory requirements and communicate with R&D units and Product domains.
  • Provide standardization support to Ericsson Radio Product Lines, Customer Units and Regional Offices.


Qualifications:

  • University degree in Wireless Communications, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Computer Science, or similar technical field
  • A minimum of 3-year experience in the field of telecommunications
  • Familiar with RAN technologies, broad understanding of Ericsson product portfolio with good competence in one or more relevant area, is a plus  
  • Experiences in standardization-related work, especially in 3GPP, is a plus.
  • Good learning capability and open-minded for novel ideas
  • Fluence in English communications (oral and writing)
  • Effective communication/ negotiation skills with different levels of internal and external organizations.
