Job Profile:

Being part of the DiDi Food Marketing Team will give you the unique opportunity to help drive growth in one of the fastest-growing companies ever. This role consists of acquiring and retain consumers using marketing while enhancing brand awareness and exposure. The marketer will have to build different strategies while cooperating with Operations Team and assist them to accomplish growth on each side with a marketing plan.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Find insights from data and provide recommendations and actions to operation teams that will further drive business to success.
  2. Deeply understand our users and identify opportunities for growth and optimization at every stage of their lifecycle.
  3. Develop strategies to help grow the Mexican market along with other internal teams.
  4. Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: identify opportunities, prioritize projects, design experiments, develop campaign strategy, oversee execution and analyze results.
  5. Build and maintain detailed reporting models including core KPIs and growth funnels to assist national activities and expansion efforts.
  6. Work cross-functionally with other teams across central operations, products and city teams.
  7. Work on the acquisition of eaters and arrange communication plan for engagement.
  8. Combine the resource of marketing channel and branding power to organize corresponding campaign to help with the growth.
  9. Upkeep the relationship with KA restaurants using cooperation to assist business side to build the local partner community.
  10. Acquire new couriers and use the local channel to build community and distribute the relating strategy

The Successful Applicant

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration.
  2. 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising or growth preferably in a fast-paced environment or a large international company.
  3. 3+ years of experience managing projects/ or as project manager.
  4. Ability to analyze data quantitatively and use customer data and metrics to test assumptions, identify opportunities, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
  5. Proven ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects while still delivering timely and accurate results.
  6. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms are required.
  7. Experience analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data to make business decisions.
  8. Experience communicating insights and ideas.
  9. Self-starter, with a “hands-on” mindset and extremely adaptable to change.
  10. Comfortable working in a geographically distributed and cross-functional, multicultural environment.
  11. Fluent in both, Spanish and English is a must.
