Job Description

1. Handle all aspects of library reading program, including Students' initial assessments; Guiding students through the library "flow" – Book selecting, independent reading, online testing, after reading interviewing, and book reports guiding and scoring;
2. Conduct library classes to guide young students to follow the library “flow” (Early Reader);
3. Monitor the library "flow" and motivate students to achieve their goals;
4. Provide a certain level of public speaking and presentation skillsfor students from K to G6
5. Cooperate with Chinese staff to provide library student academic assessments;
6. Possible participating in online reading content development (most likely voice recording);
7. Participating all marketing activities, as well as library demo classes.

Job Requirements

1. Native English speakers from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand (To meet China work visa regulations)
2. Bachelor’s Degree or above
3. TEFL, TESOL or CELTA certificate holder
4. Enjoy being with kids & teens and passionate about education industry
5. Plan to live in China for at least 1 year
