The primary function of this role is responsible for strategic planning, execution and management of Tesla charging networks in the area. Leading regional teams to provide customers with comprehensive charging solutions including but not limited to home charging, public charging and third-party charging cooperation. Leading the team to effectively implement the selection and installation of charging schemes through the scientific planning of the regional charging network, and fully meet the energy needs of customers in the area. The ideal candidate should have strong regional management capabilities, project management and interpersonal skills, can quickly adapt to changes in internal and external environment and continue to look for new charging solutions with the awareness of overall cost.
