The Second Foreign Language School Affiliated to Shanghai Normal University was established in 2000. It is a high standard modern twelve-year private boarding school. The school is located at the axis of Disneyland, Pudong International Airport and Lingang New Town with convenient transport of subway line 16. ●Arrival Time: ASAP
●Teaching Hours: 21-24 teaching sessions per week, one club teaching session and one evening study hall session per week
●Arrangement on Weekends: normal weekends for rest except special activities, e.g. enrollment.
●Student Age Group: age 6 to 18
●Number of Students Per Class: 25 per class
●Course Duration: 35-40 minutes per session
Responsibilities:
• To deliver high quality and inclusive English teaching and learning.
• To prepare relevant lesson plans and course/subject materials.
• To use a variety of delivery methods that will stimulate learning appropriate to student needs and the demands of the Cambridge curriculum.
• Working with colleagues in supporting the delivery of English in a bilingual learning environment.
• Develop resources, support teaching programmes and deliver on a number of courses as required. To support the achievement of annual targets for learner retention and success rates.
• Provide excellent assessment feedback in accordance with examination requirements
• To conduct teaching/learning activities appropriate to the needs of individual learners, course and the curriculum, keeping attendance records and maintaining student discipline.
• To provide accurate and timely formative assessment and feedback to learners, and maintain assessment records, including tracking and reporting of learner progress in line with school policy.
• To provide active support to individual learners

• Salary: Yearly 200,000-350,000 RMB
• Overtime Pay: calculated by the actual overtime hours and according to the salary standard

• Ticket Subsidy: 10,000 RMB per academic year (Reimbursement according to actual expenses,upper limit 10000RMB).
