Responsibilities:

• To deliver high quality and inclusive English teaching and learning.

• To prepare relevant lesson plans and course/subject materials.

• To use a variety of delivery methods that will stimulate learning appropriate to student needs and the demands of the Cambridge curriculum.

• Working with colleagues in supporting the delivery of English in a bilingual learning environment.

• Develop resources, support teaching programmes and deliver on a number of courses as required. To support the achievement of annual targets for learner retention and success rates.

• Provide excellent assessment feedback in accordance with examination requirements

• To conduct teaching/learning activities appropriate to the needs of individual learners, course and the curriculum, keeping attendance records and maintaining student discipline.

• To provide accurate and timely formative assessment and feedback to learners, and maintain assessment records, including tracking and reporting of learner progress in line with school policy.

• To provide active support to individual learners

Welfare and Benefits

• Visa Type Provided: assist getting Z visa

• Salary: Yearly 200,000-350,000 RMB

• Overtime Pay: calculated by the actual overtime hours and according to the salary standard

• Accommodation Allowance: 2,000 RMB/month

• Meal Allowance: 300 RMB/month into lunch card

• Ticket Subsidy: 10,000 RMB per academic year (Reimbursement according to actual expenses，upper limit 10000RMB).

• Holidays: observes Chinese public holidays，1 week for Christmas and the New Year, about 3 weeks for the Spring Festival and about 6 weeks summer vocation
