Job Responsibilities
1. Previously worked in big organization with excellent control on project control
2. Good command to read, understand engineering drawing and having ability to execute the same
3. Ability to coordinate with sub-contractor to complete task as per planned on time
4. Manage the site budget, timely billing, and overall cost control
5. High integrity ,loyalty and confidentiality
6. Make report with PowerPoint according to department’s work and communicate with the owner

Requirements
1. Good command to read, understand engineering drawing and having ability to execute the same
2. Arrange the site work properly
3. Manage the site process, quality, and safety
4. Have your own understanding of each part in site engineering
5. Good management of subcontractors
6. Skilled office software, especially the making and demonstration of PowerPoint
7. Good language skills in both English & Chinese
