Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high quality analytics and reporting to support online business to identify opportunity and risk.
2. Provides deep insight to decision-maker on business recommendation based on data finding.
3. Closely work with business to decide strategy and develop the proper analytical solution.
4. Explore internal and external data sources by analytical tools.
5. Design effective and impactful reports and visualization to support regular and ad-hoc requirement.

Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree, and Master’s, degree preferred in statistics, econometrics,  mathematics and other analytics field.
2. 3+ years of analytical experience.
3. Proficient in SQL, Hive, BI tools, and other programming languages (R, Python, Matlab, SAS, Stata…).
4. Attention to detail combined with creative thinking.
5. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
