1.Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of the Bank's corporate value and mission objectives. Plan, coordinate and implement corporate events, including Annual Meetings, Board meetings and outreach events.
2.Develop and implement event timelines and action calendars to ensure all deliverables are achieved and expectations are met. Maintain effective and timely communication with all key stakeholders.
3.Work collaboratively on the development of event content to support launches, initiatives and campaigns.
4.Work to ensure messaging, branding, styling and execution are consistent for all corporate events.
5.Develop and maintain multiple tracking tools for resource management. Provide accurate reports based on event budgets. Manage invoices and postevent budget reconciliation.
