Responsibilities: 

1. Works with a team to design, develop, review, and refresh learning programs 
2. Participates in the production of the teaching videos 
3. Deliver High-quality lessons to students 
4. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with staff
5. Teachers will teach live or recorded lessons to our students in the advanced studios. 

Requirements: 

1. Native English speaker with excellent pronunciation
2. At least 1 year of work experience teaching kids in China, online, or Face to Face 
3. Preference for B.Ed / M.Ed English/ TESOL holders 
4. A confident problem solver, create a solution-orientated environment.

1. Salary: 20,000 to 35,000 RMB monthly (Pre-tax) 
2. Salary includes: Basic payment + Teaching payment + Housing allowance + Monthly KPI bonus 
3. Extra Bonus: Annual review and a potentially 10,000RMB Bonus 
4. What’s more: Twice evaluations each year and 10% pay rise according to your performance. 
5. Two days off each week.

7. Z working Visa and work permit: Yes we provide in-house HR to process your working Z visa (We do not cover the costs of the visa or documentation but we will help you with the issuing of the visa)
